مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٍ
There is nothing that can push it back, and no one who can hold it off. The commentaries read this together with the statement before it: the punishment is not only certain to arrive, it arrives with nothing standing between it and those it is owed to.
کوئی چیز اسے پیچھے دھکیل نہیں سکتی، اور کوئی اسے روک نہیں سکتا۔ مفسرین اسے پچھلے بیان کے ساتھ ملا کر پڑھتے ہیں: عذاب نہ صرف یقینی طور پر آئے گا، بلکہ اس کے اور جن پر یہ واجب ہے ان کے درمیان کچھ بھی حائل نہیں ہو گا۔
