إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ صَيْحَةً وَٰحِدَةً فَكَانُوا۟ كَهَشِيمِ ٱلْمُحْتَظِرِ
We sent against them a single Shout, and they became like the dry stubble of a man who builds a pen. The commentaries explain the likeness: the broken thorn and brushwood a herdsman gathers to fence his flock, trampled and crumbled to nothing.
