وَلَقَدْ رَٰوَدُوهُ عَن ضَيْفِهِۦ فَطَمَسْنَآ أَعْيُنَهُمْ فَذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ
And they demanded his guests of him, so We blotted out their eyes. Then taste My punishment and My warnings. The commentaries note that the guests were angels, though those who came for them did not know it.
اور انہوں نے ان سے ان کے مہمانوں کا مطالبہ کیا، تو ہم نے ان کی آنکھیں مٹا دیں۔ پھر چکھو میرا عذاب اور میرے انتباہات۔ مفسرین بتاتے ہیں کہ وہ مہمان فرشتے تھے، اگرچہ ان کے پاس آنے والے یہ بات نہیں جانتے تھے۔
