فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُسْـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٌ وَلَا جَآنٌّ
On that day no man will be questioned about his sin, nor any jinn. The commentaries reconcile this with the questioning named elsewhere by putting them at different moments of the same day, not by setting one against the other.
