وَٱلسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلْمِيزَانَ
And the sky He raised high, and He set the balance. The two verbs are opposites, the commentaries note - raising up and laying down - and what was laid down is the measure by which things are weighed.
