وَٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ ٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ
And the foremost, the foremost. The commentaries read the repetition as the point: those who went first in this world are the ones who go first there. Being early to good is what the word names.
اور سبقت لے جانے والے، وہی سبقت لے جانے والے ہیں۔ مفسرین اس تکرار ہی کو اصل نکتہ سمجھتے ہیں: جو لوگ دنیا میں نیکی کی طرف آگے بڑھے وہی آخرت میں بھی سب سے آگے ہوں گے۔ نیکی میں جلدی کرنا ہی وہ چیز ہے جس کا یہ لفظ نام ہے۔
