لَّا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ
From which they get no headache and no loss of their senses. The commentaries make the contrast explicit and both traditions make it the same way: this is what the wine of this world does, and it is exactly what the drink there does not do.
