خَافِضَةٌ رَّافِعَةٌ
It brings low and it lifts up. The commentaries of both traditions gloss it the same way and in the same pairing: it brings some down by putting them into the Fire and lifts others up by bringing them into the Garden. One event reverses every standing in a single stroke.
وہ پست کرنے والی اور بلند کرنے والی ہوگی۔ دونوں روایات کے مفسرین اس کی ایک ہی طرح اور اسی جوڑ کے ساتھ تشریح کرتے ہیں: وہ کچھ لوگوں کو آگ میں ڈال کر پست کر دے گی، اور کچھ لوگوں کو جنت میں داخل کر کے بلند کر دے گی۔ ایک ہی واقعہ ہر مرتبے کو ایک ہی لمحے میں الٹ دے گا۔
