لَّا مَقْطُوعَةٍ وَلَا مَمْنُوعَةٍ
Neither cut off nor withheld. The commentaries gloss the first as fruit whose season ends - the way fruit here comes and goes - and the second as fruit kept back from the one who wants it. Neither limit applies there.
