وَكُنتُمْ أَزْوَٰجًا ثَلَٰثَةً
And you will be three kinds. The commentaries mark this as the sura's frame: at the Resurrection mankind is not one crowd but three sorted groups, and the rest of the passage names them one after another.
اور تم تین قسموں میں بٹ جاؤ گے۔ مفسرین اس آیت کو پوری سورت کا خاکہ سمجھتے ہیں: قیامت کے دن انسانیت ایک ہی ہجوم نہیں ہوگی بلکہ تین الگ الگ درجہ بند گروہوں میں تقسیم ہوگی، اور آگے کا کلام انہیں ایک کے بعد ایک بیان کرتا ہے۔
