ءَأَنتُمْ أَنشَأْتُمْ شَجَرَتَهَآ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنشِـُٔونَ
Is it you who made its tree grow, or are We the ones who made it grow? The commentaries note that the fire is struck out of green wood, so the question reaches past the striking to the tree it was struck from.
