وَإِنَّهُۥ لَقَسَمٌ لَّوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عَظِيمٌ
And that is a mighty oath, if only you knew. The commentaries read the conditional as the sting of it: the greatness of what has been sworn by is there whether or not the hearer can see it, and the not-knowing is his, not the oath's.
