إِنَّ مَا تُوعَدُونَ لَـَٔاتٍ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ
What you are promised is certainly coming, and you cannot escape it. The commentaries name what is promised as the Hour and the punishment, and the second half as the answer to anyone counting on delay.
