وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنْهُمْ لَمَّا يَلْحَقُوا۟ بِهِمْ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
The sending is not confined to the people present at it. Others of them, who had not yet joined those first hearers, are included in the same message — the recitation, the purifying and the teaching reach them equally. He is the Mighty and the Wise.
اور انہی میں سے دوسرے لوگوں کے لیے بھی، جو ابھی ان سے نہیں ملے، اور وہ زبردست، حکمت والا ہے۔ قرطبی بتاتے ہیں کہ واخرین منہم عطف ہے امیین پر، یعنی ان پڑھوں میں بھی بھیجا اور ان کے دوسرے لوگوں میں بھی بھیجا۔ رازی بھی اسی طرح اسے امیین پر عطف قرار دیتے ہیں، یعنی ان کے دوسرے لوگوں میں بھی بھیجا۔ تفسیر مقباس کے مطابق آخرین کو امیین پر عطف قرار دینا درست نہیں کیونکہ آخرین کا لفظ اپنے مقابل سے فرق چاہتا ہے، تو اس کا مطلب یہ ہو گا کہ یہ ان لوگوں پر بھی لاگو ہے جو امیین یعنی عرب اور رسول کے ہم عصروں کے سوا ہیں۔
