قَالُوا۟ سُبْحَٰنَ رَبِّنَآ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَٰلِمِينَ
They said: glory to our Lord; we were indeed wrongdoers — the commentaries take it as an admission that the wrong was withholding the poor their due.
انہوں نے کہا: ہمارے رب کی پاکی ہو؛ ہم واقعی ظالم تھے - مفسرین اسے اس بات کا اعتراف سمجھتے ہیں کہ ظلم غریبوں سے ان کا حق روکنا تھا۔
