وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلْـَٔايَٰتِ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
And so We set out the signs in detail, so that they may return. The commentaries name what they are to return from: the imitation of their fathers, which the ayat before have just taken away as an excuse.
اور اسی طرح ہم نشانیوں کو کھول کھول کر بیان کرتے ہیں تاکہ وہ لوٹ آئیں۔ مفسرین یہ بتاتے ہیں کہ وہ کس چیز سے لوٹنے والے ہیں: اپنے باپ دادا کی اندھی تقلید سے، جسے پچھلی آیات نے ابھی ابھی ایک عذر کے طور پر رد کر دیا ہے۔
