وَإِذَا لَمْ تَأْتِهِم بِـَٔايَةٍ قَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا ٱجْتَبَيْتَهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَآ أَتَّبِعُ مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَىَّ مِن رَّبِّى هَٰذَا بَصَآئِرُ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
And when you do not bring them a sign, they say: why have you not made one up? Say: I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This is insight from your Lord, and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.
اور جب تم ان کے پاس کوئی نشانی نہیں لاتے تو کہتے ہیں: تم نے خود کیوں نہ گھڑ لی؟ کہہ دو: میں تو صرف اسی چیز کی پیروی کرتا ہوں جو میرے رب کی طرف سے میری طرف وحی کی جاتی ہے۔ یہ تمہارے رب کی طرف سے بصیرت ہے، اور ایمان لانے والوں کے لیے ہدایت اور رحمت ہے۔
