وَٱلَّذِينَ فِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ
and in whose wealth there is a known right — a due of a fixed and recognised amount, which they treat as belonging to another and not to themselves.
اور جن کے مالوں میں ایک معلوم و مقرر حق ہوتا ہے، ایک متعین اور معروف مقدار جسے وہ دوسروں کا حق سمجھتے ہیں نہ کہ اپنا۔ مفسرین اسے زکوٰۃ اور صدقے کی طرف اشارہ سمجھتے ہیں۔
