فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ
So I swear by the Lord of the risings and the settings — of the sun and moon and the stars, the commentaries agree — that We are able.
