عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ
to replace them with better than them, and We are not to be outstripped. The commentaries agree the ability is stated but the act withheld; nothing prevents it.
کہ ہم انہیں ان سے بہتر لوگوں سے بدل دیں، اور ہم کسی سے پیچھے نہیں رہ سکتے۔ مفسرین متفق ہیں کہ یہاں قدرت کا ذکر تو کیا گیا ہے لیکن یہ کام ابھی روکا ہوا ہے، کوئی چیز اسے کرنے سے مانع نہیں ہے۔
