قُلْ إِنِّى لَآ أَمْلِكُ لَكُمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا رَشَدًا
Say: I hold no power to harm you or to guide you rightly — neither of the two is his to give, the commentaries agree, and saying so is part of the message.
