No — when it reaches the collarbones: when the soul comes up to the bones of the throat, the commentaries agree, and the dying is nearly done.
ہرگز نہیں، جب جان ہنسلیوں تک پہنچ جائے گی۔ قرطبی وضاحت کرتے ہیں کہ کلا یہاں روکنے اور جھڑکنے کے لیے ہے، یعنی بعید ہے کہ کافر قیامت پر ایمان لائے، پھر آیت کا آغاز اذا بلغت التراقی سے ہوا، یعنی جب روح ان ہڈیوں تک پہنچ جائے۔ سعدی بتاتے ہیں کہ یہ حالتِ نزع کا بیان ہے، جب کرب شدید ہو جاتا ہے۔
