فَوَقَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ وَلَقَّىٰهُمْ نَضْرَةً وَسُرُورًا
So God guarded them from the evil of that Day, and gave them brightness and joy — brightness in the faces, the commentaries agree, and joy in the hearts.
پس اللہ نے انہیں اس دن کے شر سے بچا لیا اور انہیں تازگی اور خوشی عطا کی۔ زمخشری وضاحت کرتے ہیں کہ اللہ نے انہیں فاجروں کی تیوری اور غم کے بدلے چہروں کی تازگی اور دلوں کا سرور عطا کیا۔ بیان القرآن بتاتے ہیں کہ اس کا مطلب چہروں کی تازگی اور دلوں کا سرور ہے۔
