رَّبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِنْهُ خِطَابًا
Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, the Compassionate, whom they have no power to address. The commentaries agree the point is that nobody can put a case to Him or object to what He decides.
وہ آسمانوں اور زمین کا اور جو کچھ ان کے درمیان ہے سب کا پالنے والا ہے، وہ رحمٰن ہے جس کی رحمت ہر چیز پر محیط ہے۔ اس روز اس کی ہیبت کا یہ عالم ہوگا کہ اس کی اجازت کے بغیر کوئی اس سے بات کرنے کی جرأت نہ کر سکے گا۔
