يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ ٱلْكَرِيمِ
O man, what has deceived you about your generous Lord? The commentaries agree the question is put to the one who disobeyed, and that the very generosity he presumed on is named back to him.
اے انسان! تجھے اپنے رب کریم کے بارے میں کس چیز نے دھوکے میں ڈال دیا؟ ”کریم“ کا ذکر اس لیے ہوا کہ اسی کو بہانہ بنا کر انسان دھوکہ کھاتا ہے، حالانکہ اس کا کرم تو شرم اور شکر کا زیادہ تقاضا کرتا ہے۔
