كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلْأَبْرَارِ لَفِى عِلِّيِّينَ
No — the record of the truly good is in ʿIlliyyūn. The commentaries agree it is where the deeds of the believers true to their belief are kept.
