كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلْفُجَّارِ لَفِى سِجِّينٍ
No — the record of those given to wrongdoing is in Sijjīn. The commentaries agree it is where the deeds of those who refused are gathered and kept.
