ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا حِسَابَهُم
and upon Us is their reckoning. The commentaries close the sūrah on the division of the task: the reminding is his, and the reckoning is God's.
پھر ان کا حساب لینا اور انہیں ان کے اچھے برے عمل کا بدلہ دینا ہمارے ہی ذمے ہے، کسی اور کے ذمے نہیں۔ یعنی آپ ﷺ اپنا فرض ادا کیے جائیے اور ان کی جواب دہی کا معاملہ ہم پر چھوڑ دیجیے۔ دونوں جملوں میں ”اِنَّ“ کی تاکید اور خبر کا مقدم ہونا اس وعید کو اور پختہ کر دیتا ہے۔
