وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا يَسْرِ

اور رات کی قسم جب وہ چلتی ہے۔ ”سَیْر“ آنے اور جانے دونوں پر بولا جاتا ہے، اس لیے اس میں رات کا آنا بھی ہے اور اس کا رخصت ہونا بھی۔ رات کو چلنے والا کہنا مجاز ہے، جیسے کہتے ہیں ”سونے والی رات“، یعنی جس میں لوگ سوتے ہیں؛ اور رات دن کا یہ مسلسل تعاقب اپنے مدبر کی قدرت کی دلیل ہے۔
