لَا تَقُمْ فِيهِ أَبَدًا لَّمَسْجِدٌ أُسِّسَ عَلَى ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ أَحَقُّ أَن تَقُومَ فِيهِ فِيهِ رِجَالٌ يُحِبُّونَ أَن يَتَطَهَّرُوا۟ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُطَّهِّرِينَ
Never stand in it. A mosque founded on mindfulness of God from the first day has more right that you should stand in it. The commentaries point to the mosque at Quba. In it are men who love to purify themselves, and God loves those who purify themselves.
اے نبی! اس مسجد میں کبھی کھڑے نہ ہوں۔ وہ مسجد جس کی بنیاد پہلے ہی دن سے تقویٰ پر رکھی گئی، اس کے زیادہ حقدار ہے کہ آپ اس میں کھڑے ہو کر نماز پڑھیں۔ تفسیر اس سے مراد مسجد قباء بتاتی ہے۔ اس میں ایسے لوگ ہیں جو خوب پاک صاف رہنا پسند کرتے ہیں، اور اللہ پاک صاف رہنے والوں کو پسند فرماتا ہے۔
