مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِىِّ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَن يَسْتَغْفِرُوا۟ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَلَوْ كَانُوٓا۟ أُو۟لِى قُرْبَىٰ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْجَحِيمِ
It is not for the Prophet, nor for those who believe, to ask forgiveness for those who set up partners with God, even if they are near kin, once it has become clear to them that they belong to the Fire.
نبی کریم ﷺ اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے ان کے لیے یہ مناسب نہیں کہ وہ مشرکین کے لیے بخشش مانگیں، خواہ وہ ان کے رشتہ دار ہی کیوں نہ ہوں، جب یہ واضح ہو چکا ہو کہ وہ جہنمی ہیں۔
