لَّقَد تَّابَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ وَٱلْمُهَٰجِرِينَ وَٱلْأَنصَارِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ فِى سَاعَةِ ٱلْعُسْرَةِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا كَادَ يَزِيغُ قُلُوبُ فَرِيقٍ مِّنْهُمْ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّهُۥ بِهِمْ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ
God has turned to the Prophet, and to the emigrants and the helpers who followed him in the hour of hardship, after the hearts of a party of them had almost turned aside. Then He turned to them. He is Kind to them, Merciful.
اللہ تعالیٰ نے نبی ﷺ کی توبہ قبول کی، اور مہاجرین اور انصار کی بھی، جنہوں نے سختی کی اس گھڑی میں ان کا ساتھ دیا، اس کے بعد کہ ان میں سے ایک گروہ کے دل قریب تھا کہ ڈگمگا جائیں۔ پھر اللہ نے ان کی توبہ قبول کر لی۔ بے شک وہ ان پر بہت مہربان، رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
