وَقَالَتِ ٱلْيَهُودُ عُزَيْرٌ ٱبْنُ ٱللَّهِ وَقَالَتِ ٱلنَّصَٰرَى ٱلْمَسِيحُ ٱبْنُ ٱللَّهِ ذَٰلِكَ قَوْلُهُم بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ يُضَٰهِـُٔونَ قَوْلَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ قَٰتَلَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّىٰ يُؤْفَكُونَ
And the Jews said: Ezra is the son of God. And the Christians said: the Messiah is the son of God. That is a saying from their mouths with nothing to support it; in it they only resemble the saying of those who refused before them, following them without looking. God confound them: how are they turned away.
یہودیوں نے کہا کہ عزیر اللہ کے بیٹے ہیں، اور عیسائیوں نے کہا کہ مسیح اللہ کے بیٹے ہیں۔ یہ محض ان کے منہ کی بات ہے جس کی کوئی دلیل نہیں، وہ اس میں ان لوگوں کی بات کی نقل کر رہے ہیں جنہوں نے پہلے کفر کیا تھا، بغیر سوچے سمجھے ان کی تقلید میں۔ اللہ ان کو غارت کرے، یہ کہاں سے پھرائے جا رہے ہیں۔
