وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ رَضُوا۟ مَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَقَالُوا۟ حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ سَيُؤْتِينَا ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ إِنَّآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ رَٰغِبُونَ
If only they had been content with what God and His Messenger gave them, and had said: God is enough for us, God will give us of His bounty, and His Messenger too; it is to God that we turn in hope.
اگر یہ لوگ اس پر راضی ہو جاتے جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول نے انہیں دیا تھا، اور کہتے: ہمارے لیے اللہ کافی ہے، اللہ ہمیں اپنے فضل سے عطا کرے گا اور اس کا رسول بھی، ہم تو اللہ ہی کی طرف رغبت رکھتے ہیں، تو یہ ان کے لیے بہت بہتر ہوتا۔
