ٱلْأَعْرَابُ أَشَدُّ كُفْرًا وَنِفَاقًا وَأَجْدَرُ أَلَّا يَعْلَمُوا۟ حُدُودَ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِۦ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
The desert Arabs are harder in refusal and in hypocrisy, and more apt not to know the limits of what God has sent down to His Messenger. The commentaries give the reason together: the roughness of their living, and their distance from hearing the revelation. God knows all and is Wise.
دیہاتی بدو کفر اور نفاق میں شہریوں سے کہیں زیادہ سخت ہیں، اور اس بات کے زیادہ حقدار ہیں کہ وہ اللہ کی اتاری ہوئی حدود کو نہ جانیں۔ تفسیر اس کی وجہ اکٹھی بتاتی ہے: ان کی زندگی کی سختی اور کھردرا پن، اور وحی سننے کے مواقع سے ان کی دوری۔ اللہ سب کچھ جاننے والا، کامل حکمت والا ہے۔
