يَتِيمًا ذَا مَقْرَبَةٍ
An orphan of near kin. The commentaries note that two claims meet in one person here, the orphan's and the relative's, so that what is given carries the merit of charity and of keeping the tie of kinship at once.
”یَتِیْمًا ذَا مَقْرَبَۃٍ“ یعنی ایسا بچہ جس کا باپ بچپن ہی میں چل بسا اور کھلانے والے سے اس کی رشتہ داری بھی ہو۔ اس میں دو حق جمع ہو گئے: یتیمی کا حق اور قرابت کا حق، اس لیے وہ دوسروں سے زیادہ مدد کا مستحق ہے۔ ایسے شخص کو کھلانے والے کو دوہرا اجر ملتا ہے — ایک صدقے کا، دوسرا صلہ رحمی کا۔
