وَقَدْ خَابَ مَن دَسَّىٰهَا
And he has failed who buries it. The commentaries gloss the word as hiding the soul away and burying it under disobedience, and they agree that these two lines are what all seven oaths before them were sworn to.
اور ناکام و نامراد ہوا وہ جس نے اسے دبا دیا۔ ”دَسَّاہَا“ کی اصل ”دَسَّسَہَا“ ہے، یعنی کسی چیز کو چھپا دینا اور مٹی میں دبا دینا۔ تو جس نے اپنے نفس کو نظر انداز کر کے گناہوں اور خواہشوں میں دفن کر دیا، اس نے اس کی ساری عزت چھپا دی اور اسے برباد کر دیا۔
