فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ نَاقَةَ ٱللَّهِ وَسُقْيَٰهَا
Then God's messenger said to them: the she-camel of God, and her drink. The commentaries agree the words are a warning - leave her alone, and do not keep her back from the water - and that the drinking went by turns, a day for her and a day for them.
تو اللہ کے رسول صالح علیہ السلام نے انہیں خبردار کیا: اللہ کی اونٹنی اور اس کے پانی پینے کی باری کا خیال کرو! یعنی اسے کوئی تکلیف نہ پہنچانا اور اس کے پانی کے دن میں دخل نہ دینا — ایک دن اس کا مقرر تھا اور ایک دن ان کا۔ اونٹنی کو اللہ کی طرف منسوب کرنا اس کے شرف کے لیے ہے، کیونکہ اسے ان کے نبی کی سچائی کی نشانی بنایا گیا تھا۔
