إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا لَلْهُدَىٰ
Ours is the guidance. The commentaries agree the showing is God's own undertaking: to make the road of guidance plain and mark it off from the road of straying, so that what He commands can be followed.
”اِنَّ عَلَیْنَا لَلْہُدٰی“ یعنی یہ ہمارے ذمے ہے کہ اپنے فضل و حکمت سے ہدایت کا راستہ گمراہی کے راستے سے الگ کر کے واضح کر دیں۔ اور یہ کام اللہ نے عقل و فطرت کے ذریعے بھی کیا اور رسول بھیج کر اور کتابیں اتار کر بھی۔ چنانچہ بیان مکمل ہو چکا، اب مکلّف کے پاس راستے کے دھندلے ہونے کا کوئی عذر نہیں۔
