إِلَّا ٱبْتِغَآءَ وَجْهِ رَبِّهِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ
But only seeking the face of his Lord Most High. Both traditions gloss the seeking as wanting what God gives and what God is pleased with, and nothing besides that.
بلکہ وہ صرف اپنے بلند و برتر رب کی رضا چاہتا ہے۔ ”اَلْاَعْلٰی“ اللہ کی اُس بلندی کا وصف ہے جو اپنی مخلوق پر اسے حاصل ہے، اور یہاں اس کا ذکر بتاتا ہے کہ اس دینے والے نے کتنی بڑی چیز مانگی ہے۔ اس نے دنیا کے سارے عوض چھوڑ کر ایک ہی عوض پر نظر جمائی۔
