إِنَّ سَعْيَكُمْ لَشَتَّىٰ
Truly your striving goes different ways. This is what the oaths were sworn to, and both traditions read it alike: among you is one who strives towards good and one who strives towards evil, and the whole difference lies in what the striving is for.
یہ قسموں کا جواب ہے: بیشک تمہاری کوشش الگ الگ اور ایک دوسرے سے مختلف ہے۔ محنت اور بھاگ دوڑ تو سب کا مقدر ہے، مگر رخ مختلف ہے: کوئی طاعت کے ذریعے آخرت کے لیے کام کر رہا ہے اور کوئی نافرمانی کے ساتھ صرف دنیا کے لیے۔ جب کوشش مختلف ہوئی تو اس کا پھل بھی لازماً مختلف ہوگا۔
