إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ
Except those who believe and do righteous deeds - for them a reward that is not cut off. The commentaries gloss the exception as lifting them out of the fall just described, and the reward as one that keeps coming, with no end put to it.
سوائے اُن لوگوں کے جو ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کیے؛ ان کے لیے ایسا اجر ہے جو ”غَیْرُ مَمْنُوْن“ ہے، یعنی نہ کبھی کٹے گا اور نہ کم ہوگا۔ انہوں نے فطرت اور تکریم کی جو امانت پائی تھی، اسے ضائع نہیں کیا۔ اور ان کے اجر کا نہ ختم ہونا ہر اُس چیز کے مقابل ہے جو ختم ہو جانے والی ہے۔
