أَوْ أَمَرَ بِٱلتَّقْوَىٰٓ
Or enjoins mindfulness of God? The commentaries agree the two questions belong together and are left unanswered on purpose, because put this way round they answer themselves.
”یا وہ تقویٰ کا حکم دیتا ہو؟“ یعنی لوگوں کو اللہ کے احکام بجا لانے اور اس کی منع کی ہوئی چیزوں سے بچنے کی تلقین کرتا ہو۔ یہ دوسرا پہلو ہے جو روکنے والے کے فعل کو اور بھی بھدا کر دیتا ہے۔ ایسے شخص کی مدد کی جاتی ہے، اسے روکا نہیں جاتا۔
