أَرَءَيْتَ إِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ
Have you seen - if he calls it a lie and turns away? The commentaries agree the subject has swung back to the one doing the forbidding, and that the two acts are the ones the Qur'an keeps together: denying, then turning his back.
”ذرا بتایئے، اگر یہ (روکنے والا) جھٹلاتا اور منہ موڑتا ہو؟“ یعنی جسے روکا جا رہا ہے اس کے حال کے بیان کے بعد اب خود روکنے والے کا حال۔ اس میں دو باتیں جمع ہو گئیں: خود جھٹلانا، اور دوسروں کو بھلائی سے روکنا۔
