كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمْ يَنتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ
No indeed - if he does not stop, We will seize him by the forelock. Both traditions gloss the verb in the same words, as taking hold of a thing and dragging it hard, and they agree where the dragging ends, which is the Fire.
