فِيهَا كُتُبٌ قَيِّمَةٌ
In which are upright writings. Both traditions gloss the word as straight and just, with nothing bent in them, and they note what the reciting was: he recited what those pages hold by heart, not off a page in his hand.
”ان میں مضبوط اور سیدھے احکام ہیں۔“ ”کُتُب“ سے یہاں مراد لکھے ہوئے احکام ہیں اور ”قَیِّمَۃ“ کے معنی سیدھے اور معتدل، جن میں کوئی ٹیڑھ نہیں۔ ان میں سچی خبریں ہیں اور عدل پر مبنی احکام، جو لوگوں کو اُس طرف رہنمائی کرتے ہیں جس میں ان کی بھلائی ہے۔ یعنی مقصود محض تلاوت نہیں، بلکہ وہ ہدایت ہے جو یہ صحیفے لے کر آئے ہیں۔
