بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوْحَىٰ لَهَا
Because your Lord has revealed to it. The commentaries gloss the revealing as His commanding it to speak, so that the telling is not something the earth does of itself.
”اس لیے کہ آپ کا رب اس کی طرف وحی کرے گا“، یعنی اسے اجازت دے گا اور اس کا حکم دے گا۔ چنانچہ اس کا بولنا اپنی ذات سے نہیں، بلکہ اللہ کے بلوانے سے ہوگا، جیسے وہ انسان کے اعضا کو بلوائے گا۔ اس پر تعجب کی کوئی وجہ نہیں: جو ہر چیز کو گویائی دے سکتا ہے، وہ زمین کو بھی بولنے کی طاقت دے سکتا ہے۔
