# PANEL-C6 — RE-VERIFY AFTER FIX-FIRST ACTIONS
**Pillar C6 · The Hereafter (Al-Ākhirah)**
**Points 4501–5400 · 900 points · Domains D1–D9**
**Panel window: OP53 · Date: 2026-09-02 · Tier: Opus (quality seat)**
**Scope: RE-VERIFY of OP49's FIX-FIRST — named fixes + standard sample**

---

## VERDICT: **FIX-FIRST**

**FIX-1 (blocking — children_layer false counts) is fully resolved across all 9 domains.** The pillar-wide builder repair is confirmed: every one of the 13 defective entries now states the true Quranic total derived from the translit parenthetical, and D4–D6 (previously spot-checked only) are also clean. The blocking defect is closed.

**FIX-2 and FIX-3 remain open.** Both D7 classical authored labels still violate the Adab Law. The D1 quran_layer _meta still carries no `honest_notes` annotation. These were filed as non-blocking by OP49 but are stated as actioned in the OP53 mission brief — this panel finds they were not applied. Since the Adab Law is constitutional and non-negotiable, FIX-2 must be resolved before PILLAR-COHERENT is issued. FIX-3 is required by the honesty principle and must follow.

## §1 — FIX-1 VERIFICATION: CHILDREN_LAYER TRUE TOTALS (13 Entries + Extended Sample)

### Method

For each of the 13 entries confirmed defective by OP49, the current `education_pack.json` children_layer was read and the stated count was compared against the translit parenthetical `(N)` in the same file's glossary. A match is a fix; a residual "12" is a failure.

### D1 — Death & the Soul (5 entries)

| Term (translit) | True N | children_layer states | Verdict |
|----------------|--------|-----------------------|---------|
| mwt / موت (50) | 50 | "50 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |
| mwt / موت (39) | 39 | "39 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |
| mwt / موت (38) | 38 | "38 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |
| mwt / موت (21) | 21 | "21 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |
| nafs / نفس (295) | 295 | "295 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |

All 5 D1 defective entries corrected. Evidence: `D1-AKHIRAH-IN-TEXT/education_pack.json` lines 308–342.

### D3 — Signs before the Hour (2 entries)

| Term (translit) | True N | children_layer states | Verdict |
|----------------|--------|-----------------------|---------|
| as-sa'ah - the Hour (48) | 48 | "48 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |
| dabbah (18) | 18 | "18 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |

Both D3 defective entries corrected. Evidence: `D3-SIGNS/education_pack.json` lines 92–106.

### D7 — Paradise (2 entries)

| Term (translit) | True N | children_layer states | Verdict |
|----------------|--------|-----------------------|---------|
| jannah (159) | 159 | "159 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |
| na'im (17) | 17 | "17 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |

Both D7 defective entries corrected. Evidence: `D7-PARADISE/education_pack.json` lines 113–132.

### D8 — Hellfire (4 entries)

| Term (translit) | True N | children_layer states | Verdict |
|----------------|--------|-----------------------|---------|
| jahannam (77) | 77 | "77 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |
| nar (fire) (145) | 145 | "145 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |
| sa'ir (16) | 16 | "16 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |
| jahim (26) | 26 | "26 time(s)" | ✅ FIXED |

All 4 D8 defective entries corrected. Evidence: `D8-HELLFIRE/education_pack.json` lines 154–186.

### D4–D6 Extended Sample (previously "likely affected")

OP49 stated D4, D5, D6 were not read in full but the same template was expected to produce the same defect for any term with total > 12. All three domains now read:

| Domain | Terms checked | All true totals? |
|--------|---------------|-----------------|
| D4 Resurrection | ba'th (56), qiyamah (70), nushur (5), hashr (39), jam' (35) | ✅ All correct |
| D5 Judgement | hisab (39), kitab (260), suhuf (8), shahid (56) | ✅ All correct |
| D6 Scale & Bridge | mizan (16), sirat (45) | ✅ All correct |

D4 had two terms > 12 (ba'th 56, qiyamah 70) that would have been defective before the fix; both now carry true totals. D5 had two (kitab 260, shahid 56); both correct. D6's terms are both ≤ 45 and ≤ 16; both correct. Evidence: `D4/education_pack.json` lines 114–135, `D5/education_pack.json` lines 97–114, `D6/education_pack.json` lines 63–72.

### FIX-1 Overall

**13/13 confirmed entries fixed. D4–D6 extended sample clean. FIX-1 is CLOSED. ✅**

## §2 — FIX-2 VERIFICATION: D7 CLASSICAL ADAB LABELS

### Required fix (per OP49 §9)

- Label 2: `"the Prophet"` → `"the Prophet ﷺ"`
- Label 5: `"Ibn Abbas:"` → `"Ibn ʿAbbās رضي الله عنه:"`

### Current state

Grep of `Prophet|Ibn.Abbas|ﷺ|رضي` in `D7-PARADISE/classical_layer_dataset.json`:

```
line 19: "…the one commanded is the Prophet and whoever stands in his place"
line 31: "…Ibn Abbas: nothing of this world is in the Garden save the names"
```

No `ﷺ` found. No `رضي` found. The `"built"` timestamp in the classical layer is `2026-09-02T16:24:34` — unchanged from the original build.

**Both Adab defects persist. FIX-2 is OPEN. ❌**

The Adab Law is constitutional and non-negotiable: *"Muhammad ﷺ never without his honor, companions with radiyallahu 'anhu/'anha."* Line 19 references the Prophet ﷺ in an authored label without the honorific. Line 31 names a Companion in an authored label without his honor. Neither is a verbatim corpus quotation; both are editable authored text. These are the only two Adab defects in the pillar.

---

## §3 — FIX-3 VERIFICATION: D1 QURAN_LAYER HONEST_NOTES

### Required fix (per OP49 §9)

Add `"honest_notes"` key to `D1-AKHIRAH-IN-TEXT/quran_layer_dataset.json` `_meta`, distinguishing the semantic sub-groups within the ruh/روح root (soul/spirit vs. wind/breeze vs. peripheral forms).

### Current state

Grep of `honest_notes` in `D1-AKHIRAH-IN-TEXT/quran_layer_dataset.json`: **no matches found.**

Current `_meta` contains: `built`, `subject`, `method`, `sampled_refs_by_place`, `sampled_refs_note`. No `honest_notes` key.

**The disambiguation annotation is absent. FIX-3 is OPEN. ❌**

### Note on D1 children_layer ruh entries

The D1 education_pack children_layer contains 12 entries (8 mwt-root forms + 4 nafs-root forms). The 6 ruh-root forms (rih 29, ruh 21, rawh 3, rayhaan 2, turihu 1, rawah 1) are absent from the children_layer, though all 18 glossary terms appear in the education_pack glossary. This absence is pre-existing: OP49 did not list rih(29) or ruh(21) among the 13 defective entries, which would only be possible if they were never in the children_layer to begin with. This is not a new defect introduced by FIX-1. The ruh disambiguation concern (FIX-3) remains about the quran_layer _meta annotation, not the children_layer scope.

---

## §4 — STANDARD SAMPLE: GATES AUDIT RECORDS

Three domain gates_audit_records read (D1, D7, D8). All structurally valid:
- All 9 gate assertions present (selftest, refusals, done-marker, schema module, hash stamps, integrator audit, race safety, velocity telemetry, defects filed)
- D1 built `2026-09-02T16:24:23` ✅
- D7 built `2026-09-02T16:24:33` ✅
- D8 built `2026-09-02T16:24:35` ✅

The source_hash_staleness_stamps recorded at build time reference the post-FIX-1 education_packs (consistent with all files being rebuilt together at ~16:24). No staleness flag raised.

## §5 — WHAT IS CONFIRMED SOUND

- **All 13 confirmed children_layer defects**: corrected — true translit-derived totals throughout ✅
- **D4, D5, D6 extended check**: all children_layer entries carry correct totals ✅
- **D2 and D9**: confirmed clean in OP49 (terms ≤ 12 throughout); no change required and none made ✅
- **Classical layers (D1, D2, D7, D8)**: no changes made; OP49 found them sound; unchanged ✅
- **Hadith layers (all domains)**: verbatim, method-declared; unchanged and sound ✅
- **Vocabulary spine (D1 → D3, D7, D8)**: jannah(159), nar(145), as-sa'ah(48), qiyamah(70) — all inherited correctly ✅
- **Artifact completeness (all 9 domains)**: all 7 artifact types present; confirmed by prior read ✅
- **Gates audit records**: structurally valid; all gates declared ✅

## §6 — REQUIRED FIXES BEFORE PILLAR-COHERENT

### FIX-2 (Constitutional — Adab Law)

File: `10-WAQF/build/C6-HEREAFTER/D7-PARADISE/classical_layer_dataset.json`

| Location | Current text | Required text |
|----------|-------------|---------------|
| `agreement_extracted[1].label` (line 19) | `"the Prophet and whoever stands in his place"` | `"the Prophet ﷺ and whoever stands in his place"` |
| `agreement_extracted[4].label` (line 31) | `"Ibn Abbas: nothing of this world…"` | `"Ibn ʿAbbās رضي الله عنه: nothing of this world…"` |

No data change — authored label text edit only. Rebuild of downstream artifacts from this file may be required depending on build chain.

### FIX-3 (Honesty Principle)

File: `10-WAQF/build/C6-HEREAFTER/D1-AKHIRAH-IN-TEXT/quran_layer_dataset.json`

Add to `_meta`:

```json
"honest_notes": "The ruh/روح root inventory in this domain includes six morphological forms. Semantic classification: (1) رُوح (ruh, 21 occ.) — soul/spirit, directly relevant to Death & Soul domain (17:85, 15:29, 32:9, etc.); (2) رِيح (rih, 29 occ.) — meteorological wind/breeze, included at lemma level as root inventory; these passages do not carry soul-at-death meaning in their Quranic contexts (2:164, 7:57, 8:46, etc.); (3) رَوْح (rawh, 3 occ.) — ease/rest/refreshment, borderline; (4) رَيْحان (rayhaan, 2 occ.) — fragrant herb, botanic; (5) تُرِيحُ (turihu, 1 occ., 16:6) — to give rest to cattle; (6) رَواح (rawah, 1 occ., 34:12) — Solomon's wind journey. Forms 2–6 are included for completeness at lemma level; they do not carry soul-at-death meaning in their Quranic contexts. A reader tracing ruh/soul occurrences should use the رُوح (21) count; the full root group is documented here as the methodological inventory."
```

Annotation only — no data fields change.
