## §1 — FIX-1 INHERITED FROM OP53 (children_layer true totals)

FIX-1 was fully closed by OP53 (PANEL-C6-PILLAR-FINAL2.md): all 13 confirmed defective children_layer entries were corrected to their true translit-derived totals; D4, D5, and D6 extended sample also clean. This panel inherits that finding. No regression is possible — the fix is in the entries_normalized data, and the factory gates re-verify on every rebuild.

## §2 — FIX-2 VERIFICATION: D7 CLASSICAL ADAB LABELS

### Mission claim
FIX-2 is fixed AT SOURCE in `consensus_2_25.json` — the D7 classical_layer_dataset.json inherits the honorific labels from that file on every factory run.

The `required_elements` labels are copied verbatim from the consensus cache. Since both honorifics now live in `consensus_2_25.json` lines 26 and 76, every factory rebuild of D7 will inherit them. No rebuild can lose FIX-2.

## §3 — FIX-3 VERIFICATION: D1 QURAN_LAYER HONEST_NOTES (including factory survival test)

### Mission claim
FIX-3 is manifest-carried — `honest_notes` is in the C6 manifest (C6.json) and injected by the factory into the D1 quran_layer_dataset.json `_meta` on every rebuild.
