**→ FU-2 (cosmetic):** The fix produced a name-duplication artifact on all 10 D1 nodes: `"Adam Adam عليه السلام"` format (the original bare name was retained and the corrected form appended). The honorific IS present; this is a cosmetic data quality issue. Fix during D6 referential-pass rebuild (already scheduled as Block 3 open-work item 1–2).

**D2 nodes:** unchanged; correctly carried `'alayhi as-salam` before and after. ✅

### D8 — canonical sequence

All three registry blocks now correct:
- D1 prophets (10): all carry `"X عليه السلام"` ✅ FIXED
- D2 prophets (9): all carry `"X 'alayhi as-salam"` ✅ (unchanged, was correct)
- D3 prophets (5): Yunus, Zakariyya, Yahya, 'Isa carry عليه السلام; Muhammad carries ﷺ ✅ FIXED

D8 is fully clean. No residual items.

**Defect 1 overall: GATED VIOLATIONS CLEARED.** Two non-gating follow-up items (FU-1, FU-2) logged below.
